New Nike ACG Lunar Macleay Black/Team Orange

We’ve seen Lunar Foam invade the ACG line before, but the Nike ACG Lunar Macleay may be the best executed crossover attempt yet. Such is the case with this new pair, a model you can instantly see as right at home during the Holiday 2010 season. Far more subtle than the “China” edition, this colorway is almost entirely black with Team Orange lining providing accent. While the Lunarlon midsole is a big selling point, the molded upper may be the strongest feature on this all conditions model.For visibility a ribbon of bright orange snakes its way along the tongue and heel only to meet in the middle by flooding the lining. Tiger collaboration of Secret Base x atmos x New Balance 996

Atmos played a unique and new collaboration by partnering with a Japanese toy shop – Secret Base and taking design help from the American tattoo artist – Chris Trevino to bring out a nice looking Secret Base x atmos x New Balance 996 | November 2010.The theme is inspired from the tiger of the sexagenary cycle of the current year. Chris Trevino designed the Tiger art on the insoles and the stripes that cover the mudguard.

Tiger stripes are also used on the edges of the N logo. Gold is the only color used to give beautiful contrast on the premium black leather base. It creates a perfect accent on the side panel, tongue, inner liner and quarter panel. Gold speckles can be found on the sole unit along the midsole and the name of every collaborator can be found on the insole. The pair has in fact come to life with its jungle-like notorious looks. The tiger prints can be seen in grey accents on the heel counter as well. As has been found in most New Balance collaborations recently, the tiger accents makes the insoles as the most striking feature of the complete design.The Secret Base x atmos x New Balance 996 | November 2010 is set to release exclusively in Japan in November 2010.

DVS Rico CT -“Harold Hunter Foundation”[Retro Air Jordans]

In honor of late skater Harold Hunter, DVS has prepared three special Rico CTs. Two sport very simple suede uppers of either black or red, while the third is covered in black and white photos of Hunter. Hunter is remembered for his involvement in the skate-scene in the Lower East Side of Manhattan but is also recognized for his role in the 1995 film Kids. Retro branding and all over eyelets turn heads on the adidas Replace Mid. This new model balances simple color blocking with unique detail for a distinct look. Royal nubuck covers the upper marked by an embossed trefoil logo. The shoes feature a royal nubuck upper with white and red highlights. White eyelets outline the logo matching the the lining and molded midsole.
